Column plate heat exchangers

The structure principle is basically the same as the non-detachable spiral plate heat exchanger, but the channels in it can be disassembled for cleaning, with head seals at both ends, especially suitable for liquid and liquid exchange with viscous, precipitating liquids, as well as gas-liquid, steam condensation. The column plate heat exchanger has the following advantages in addition to the advantages of the spiral plate heat exchanger:

1. Smaller in size, compact and beautiful after installation. Particularly suitable for use with skid-mounted equipment.

2. Suitable for heat exchange of flocculent, small granular, precipitated and other materials.

3. High heat transfer coefficient: the special spiral structure minimizes the resistance of the fluid, which greatly improves the heat transfer efficiency, especially for water-water heat exchange, the heat transfer coefficient can reach 1.8~3.5kw/(m2-℃), and the heat transfer efficiency is more than 2.5 times of the traditional heat exchanger.

4. Our company uses the column plate heat exchanger to replace the column tube heat exchanger for evaporation system, currently the national leading: 

a. Heat transfer coefficient is 1.5 times than the column tube heat exchanger

b. 3-5 times more heat transfer area per unit volume than a tube heat exchanger

c. Compact structure and small footprint in the installation area of the same premise, the installation height is one-half of the tube heat exchanger d. Not easy to scale, not easy to block

5. Long service life, the scientific and rational structure minimises the impact of the fluid on the wall side, resulting in a longer service life.
